What delivery options can I choose from?

We offer the delivery option Standard Delivery by PostNL.

We ship to all country's within Europe, delivery time depends on your location.

 

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

When you order within the Netherlands over €150.00, you pay no shipping costs. Do you place an order with a total amount below €150.00 euros? Then shipping costs will be charged.

 

My package has not been delivered. What should I do now?

Unfortunately, it may happen that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We advise you to check the track and trace information first.

If the information on the track and trace page is incorrect, please contact us. We will check this for you and, if necessary, start an investigation into your package.

 

Can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it.
